Orilla Verde Recreation Area Riparian Restoration

The annual BLM Orilla Verde Recreation Area Saltcedar/Riparian Restoration public meetingwill be held at the Rio Grande Gorge Visitor's Center on Wednesday, April 18th, 6:00-7:30 p.m.Discussion will include current efforts as well as plans to extend the Saltcedar eradication program downstream as far as Velarde. All members of the public are invited to attend this informational setting to discuss ideas and future desires for the riparian habitat along the Upper Rio Grande.
