Riverside Rescue! Thank you Kokopelli and Big River!

Latest breaking news: Kokopelli Guide and Billy Miller are local heroes! They found a missing 88 year old woman (missing for 3hrs) wandering down by the river. Family was camped out on the PYC porch calling 911, searching the area. They were starting to feel greater and greater concern as afternoon wore into evening. Then Billy came up the steep path from the gully that leads to the river and said that they had found her!!! Happy Ending and Great Relief for all--especially the family!

Benefit Breakfast at the PYC a Great Success

Numerous boaters participating in the River-Rendezvous-vous and Whitewater attended the Pilar Yacht Club Benefit Breakfast for the sponsoring organization, New Mexico River Outfitters Association, on Mother's Day. We had prepared several batches of our famous breakfast burritos, classic, sausage, and bacon ahead of time. We sold out and were still cook in'! The benefit price also included a large cup of Rio Grande Roasters Organic Coffee!
Steve Harris of Far Flung Adventures is sitting on the porch with other event planners enjoying his benefit breakfast.
