Tubing weather and water levels are just about here---633 cubic feet per second are flowing on the Rio Grande at Taos Junction Bridge. Two different tube styles are available at the Pilar Yacht Club. We are happy to assist with our air compressor to inflate your tubes and help you tie them on your car!
Both of these tube styles are available at the Pilar Yacht Club: 758-3465, Highway 68 at 570 in Pilar. After several years of experimenting, we have found these two models to be the most satisfactory. The River Rat has fat tubes and a tow rope. The River Run tube is a deluxe model and features a mesh bottom, tow rope, back rest, cup holders and even larger tubes. Don't forget about out 40% buy back program if you can't take your tubes home! ALWAYS REMEMBER TO WEAR A LIFE JACKET!!!! Life Jackets are required by the BLM to float or paddle between any two points on the river.
